Creating an account on SMMOrigins.com, or placing an order with us, means you've read and agreed to everything below. We can't hold ourselves responsible for problems that come from skipping this page, so take a minute to actually go through it.

Put simply: registering, funding your balance, or ordering a service each count as acceptance of these terms in full, whether or not you took the time to read them first.

1. General

  • These terms can change at any time, without prior notice. It's on you to check back periodically. Placing an order counts as agreeing to whatever version is live at that moment.
  • Your use of SMMOrigins needs to stay within the rules of whatever platform you're ordering for - Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, or otherwise - as laid out in each platform's own Terms of Service.
  • Pricing can change without warning. Existing refund/payment terms still apply regardless of when a rate shift happens.
  • We don't promise a fixed delivery window for any service, only a best-effort estimate. If an order's taking longer than expected, reach out and we'll look into cancelling or refunding it where we can; if we can't, we'll tell you plainly. We try to accommodate reasonable requests, but the final call on whether something can be cancelled sits with us.
  • We aim to deliver exactly what customers expect, and reserve the right to swap the underlying service type mid-order if that's what it takes to fulfill it properly.

Liability: We hold no liability for account suspensions, content removal, or similar actions taken by Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or any other platform.

2. Service

  • Our services exist to promote the visibility of your profiles, pages, posts, and videos. Think of it strictly as boosting appearance, nothing more.
  • We guarantee you'll receive the quantity you paid for. We do not guarantee that those followers or likes will engage or interact with your content afterward.
  • We aim for every delivered account to have a profile picture, bio, and posted content, but can't promise 100% of them will - quality varies slightly across the pool.
  • Nothing you submit to us should include nudity or content that would otherwise violate the standards of Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, or any comparable platform.
  • Most services carry a refill guarantee. If a listed service includes one and you see a drop within that window, contact us and we'll refill it. Once that window has passed, there's no refund or refill available, even in cases of a full drop to zero. We move on refills as quickly as we can; if a refill genuinely isn't possible, we'll issue site credit instead.
  • We can't promise the underlying safety of any account, page, post, or video - that risk is inherently yours. What we can say is that across thousands of orders, we haven't seen removals tied to our delivery unless the customer was independently violating platform rules elsewhere. Any removal that does occur isn't something we're responsible for.
  • Avoid ordering the same service for the same link at the same time, whether from us or a different provider. Since our delivery tracks start/end counts, overlapping orders can throw that off and leave you short of the full amount purchased.
  • Orders placed against private accounts, inactive pages, or broken links get cancelled and refunded to your balance in most cases; though on rare occasions, depending on the specific service, a full refund isn't possible. Double-check that your account is public and your link is accurate before ordering.

3. Refund Policy

  • Any portion of an order that goes undelivered gets credited back to your SMMOrigins balance.
  • We'd rather you spend existing balance on future orders than cash out, but if you'd like a balance refund, reach out and we'll process it. Keep in mind that we reserve the right to deduct for any deposit bonuses received or processing fees we absorbed on the original payment.
  • Completing a payment with us means you're agreeing not to file a dispute or chargeback afterward, for any reason.
  • Filing one anyway gives us the right to cancel all current and future orders on your account, ban you from the platform, and reclaim any followers, likes, views, or subscribers already delivered to your (or your clients') accounts.
  • Orders placed against private accounts, posts, or videos may or may not be eligible for a refund - that call is ours to make. Confirm your account/post/video is public before you order to avoid this altogether.
  • Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods results in immediate account termination, no exceptions.

4. Registration

  • Registering confirms you're either 13 or older, or otherwise free of parental oversight, and that you've read, understood, and will abide by this agreement.

5. Copyright

  • Text, images, and software on SMMOrigins.com may not be copied or reproduced without written permission from an SMMOrigins representative.

6. Additional Disclaimers

How you use what we deliver is entirely on you. Neither SMMOrigins.com, nor its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, or representatives, bear liability for any loss, injury, or direct/indirect/incidental/consequential damages tied to your access or use of our services, or to actions taken based on information found on our platform.

By using the service, you waive any claims against SMMOrigins.com and its affiliated parties arising from that use. We also reserve the right not to monitor client websites, and take no responsibility for content hosted on any linked sites.

7. Account Safety

Using our services means accepting that we're not responsible for account loss or bans on any social network, ad network, or other platform. That risk, including any resulting loss of income, sits fully with you. We accept no liability for lost income or assets stemming from use of our services.
