Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before, during, and after placing an order with SMMOrigins.

Is SMMOrigins actually safe to use?

Yes. We only route orders through delivery methods we've vetted ourselves, and we don't ask for your password at any point in the process. All we ever need is a public link or username. Thousands of creators, brands, and agencies use us specifically because we treat account safety as a dealbreaker, not an afterthought.

Placing your first order

Ordering takes four quick steps:

  1. Pick your platform - Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the rest are all listed by category.
  2. Choose the exact service - followers, likes, views, comments, etc.
  3. Paste your link - the profile, post, or video URL.
  4. Set your quantity - whole numbers only, no commas or periods (write 5000, not 5,000).

How fast will my order start, and how quickly does it fill?

It varies service by service, so we don't like to give you a one-size-fits-all number that turns out to be wrong. Instead, click into any service on the order page and the description panel will show you its actual start time, min/max order size, and average daily delivery speed - pulled straight from what that service is currently running at.

A service is running slower than advertised, can I cancel?

Occasionally, yes, usually because a platform pushed an update or one of our servers is under heavier load than normal. If that happens to your order, open a ticket with your Order ID and we'll look into it. Where cancellation is possible, we'll mark the order "Partial" and refund you for whatever portion never got delivered.

Can I run this alongside ads or other growth services?

Ad campaigns won't interfere with us at all, run them freely. The one thing we'd flag: some of our services track delivery based on your page's starting count. If you order the *same* service for the *same* link from us and another provider at the *same* time, the counts can get muddled and make it harder for either of us to deliver accurately. Stagger them instead.

What happens if my numbers drop afterward?

Most services come with a refill guarantee built in. If you see a drop within the guarantee window, we top it back up at no cost. Stability is genuinely the metric we optimize for internally, more than raw speed.

Why do numbers drop in the first place?

Two main reasons: platforms periodically purge inactive or fake accounts, and - since what we deliver comes from real accounts - we can't force someone to stay following you forever, any more than anyone else can. What we can do is keep delivery quality high so drop-off stays minimal, and refill you automatically if you're within the covered window. Just open a ticket with your Order ID if it happens.

When wouldn't a refill be covered?

If you've stacked orders from multiple providers on the same account, or you're ordering onto an account that already has tens/hundreds of thousands of likes/followers from prior mixed sources, the baseline gets too unstable for us to reliably attribute drops to our own delivery. We'll still take a look and do what we reasonably can, we just can't promise it in advance for those cases.

I put in the wrong link, or want to cancel after ordering, what now?

Wrong platform entirely (say, a Twitter link submitted for an Instagram service)? That's an automatic cancel-and-refund on our end. Right link, but you've changed your mind? Message us with your Order ID - most services can still be cancelled mid-delivery, in which case we partial the order and refund the unused portion. In case your order has not started yet, you can go to the "Order History" or "Subscription Order History" page and cancel the order yourself via a "Cancel" button which will be present under the ID for the order in question.

Placing a lot of orders at once: Mass Order

If you're ordering for multiple links in one go, skip the manual repetition and use Mass Order. One line per order, in this format:

Package ID | Quantity | Link

For example:
31 | 2000 | Link1
31 | 5000 | Link2
31 | 3000 | Link3

You'll find every Package ID on our services page.

My monthly Auto-Likes subscription suddenly stopped

Our tracker scans your account on a regular interval to catch new posts. If you changed your username or flipped your account to private in the meantime, the tracker loses the thread and pauses the subscription until we're pointed at the right, public account again. Just send us the updated username to get it running.

What does "Partial" status mean?

It means part of your order delivered and part didn't, usually because a link hit a server's max capacity, delivery had to stop mid-way, or you requested a cancellation. Either way, you're refunded automatically for the undelivered slice, and you're free to send the remainder to a different server for the same link.

Do you offer a reseller/white-label setup?

Yes! A lot of our resellers run their own storefront at their own pricing, with every order routed to us automatically in the background. You handle the marketing and the markup; we handle fulfillment. If that's of interest, email [email protected] or open a Support Ticket and we'll walk you through pricing and setup.

Can I pay with a method that isn't listed on the Add Funds page?

Probably yes. Reach out via [email protected] or a Support Ticket and tell us what you'd prefer to use. We're flexible and will do what we can to accommodate it.

How do I grab a direct link to a YouTube or Facebook comment?

Right-click the timestamp on the comment, choose "Copy Link Address," then paste it into a new browser tab to confirm it lands you directly on that comment before submitting it with your order.

Still stuck on something? Email [email protected] or open a Support Ticket from your account, we're quick to respond.
